What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted from solid sterling silver, 14k/18k gold or white-gold plated/filled finishes, natural freshwater pearls, shell pearls, natural opal, and high-quality cubic zirconia.
Will the colour fade?
With proper care, our jewellery lasts a long time. To keep the shine, avoid chemical products exposure and keep the piece in the jewellery bag when not use.
What is your product warranty?
Within 30days of receiving the jewellery, if there is any quality issue, please contact and return the piece to us, and we will send you a new piece free of charge.
Within 2 years after your purchase, any quality issue, please contact us, and we will send you a new piece at 30% of your original purchase price.
Are your pearls and gemstones real?
We use natural freshwater pearls and natural opal, alongside high-quality cubic zirconia for sparkle.
